Returns
We accept returns only if goods are:
- Defective
- Incorrectly supplied
- Not in accordance with agreed specifications
Return Process
- Notify us in writing within 10 business days
- Provide proof of purchase, details, and photographs
- Goods must be unused and in original packaging
If the return is not due to our error:
- Return shipping is at the Client’s cost
- A handling fee of up to 15% may apply
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-cut or special-order products (e.g. strip lighting)
Refunds
Approved returns may result in:
- Replacement
- Redelivery
- Credit note
(at Mesmerize Lighting’s discretion)
Warranties
- Products carry manufacturer warranties as stated on packaging or catalogues
- Warranties are valid only if:
Installed by a qualified electrician
Used within rated specifications
Not modified
Warranty claims:
- Products must be returned for inspection
- Installation and removal costs are excluded
