Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

Returns

We accept returns only if goods are:

  • Defective
  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Not in accordance with agreed specifications

Return Process

  • Notify us in writing within 10 business days
  • Provide proof of purchase, details, and photographs
  • Goods must be unused and in original packaging

If the return is not due to our error:

  • Return shipping is at the Client’s cost
  • A handling fee of up to 15% may apply

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-cut or special-order products (e.g. strip lighting)

Refunds

Approved returns may result in:

  • Replacement
  • Redelivery
  • Credit note
    (at Mesmerize Lighting’s discretion)

Warranties

  • Products carry manufacturer warranties as stated on packaging or catalogues
  • Warranties are valid only if:
    • Installed by a qualified electrician

    • Used within rated specifications

    • Not modified

Warranty claims:

  • Products must be returned for inspection
  • Installation and removal costs are excluded
